Advantages:

На момент бронирования через сайт квартира оказалась продлена предыдущими проживающими. Хозяйка предоставила другую квартиру выше по стоимости, но по этой же цене, а не просто отказала в проживании, как делают многие. Заселение прошло без проблем. Для меня это показатель ответственности и уважения к отдыхающим.
